Advocate Abhishek Bhatnagar hails from the family of lawyers and is a fourth generation lawyer. The journey in the field of law was started many years back by his great grandfather Late Mr. Chhote Lal Bhatnagar, which was taken forward by his grandfather Late Mr. Ganga Sahai Bhatnagar, who served as a Nayab Tehesildar and thereafter as a Judicial Magistrate for district Rampur U.P , the journey in the field of law was further taken by his father Late Mr. Vijay Kumar Bhatnagar, who served as an District Marriage Officer(Gazette Post) for district Rampur U.P and thereafter as an Advocate during his lifetime ,now the journey in this field is being carried by Adv. Abhishek Bhatnagar who has done B.Sc. & LL.B in year 1999 and thereafter attracted by the new and virgin field of cyber laws has done diploma in cyber laws and cyber forensics. He is pioneer in the field of cyber laws and cyber forensics and founded “CYBERONICS INDIA”, a law firm in 2010 and assisted Lucknow cyber cell in their primary phase of establishment in 2010.

Advocate Abhishek Bhatnagar has been a speaker on the subject of cyber laws in the All INDIA Conference of Law Officers, of Allahabad Bank, he is also Amicus Curie for Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, since 2012. He also serves as a Chief Legal Advisor to CONSUMER’S FORUM a VCO instrumental in bringing the Consumer Protection Act 1986, & working in the field of protection of consumer rights. He is a member of association of Digital Cyber Forensics Expert, articles and cases of Adv. Bhatnagar keeps on appearing in daily news papers on a regular basis.
